IN SEARCH OF A HOUSING REPRESENTATIVE TO ASSIST WITH A STUDENT HOUSING PROGRAM IN

Avondale, AZ Full Time Position, $20/hour + Benefits + Mileage Reimbursement National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to assist in field operations for our Avondale, AZ market. This full-time position requires good communication and organizational skills, and the desire to work in a college student environment. This is a business with the opportunity for growth. Candidate must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has direct contact with our student residents, school administration, and property managers.

Responsibilities:

Inspecting housing units, quality control of maintenance and cleaning vendors, providing resident notices, enhancing relationships with apartment communities, as well as administrative duties.
