Job Description

Our boutique CPA firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Tax Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential to supporting our partners, staff, and clients while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and diligent with details, comfortable managing multiple tasks during deadline driven periods. They should be quick learners, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities Processing and delivery of tax returns and related documents. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information and documentation. Communicate well with clients and be able to follow established procedures accurately. Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients professionally. Schedule appointments and manage office calendars. Scan, organize, file, and maintain client documents and records. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mailings. Maintain office supplies and manage inventory levels. Provide administrative support to partners and staff as needed. Coordinate office organization, errands, bank deposits, and other operational tasks. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Qualifications Preferred 2 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and client-focused demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
