Bilingual Maintenance Agent JD Home Rentals Job Category Installation/Maintenance & Repair Overview Description JD Home Rentals is actively seeking for a Bilingual Maintenance Agent to perform maintenance inspections, serve notices, check properties to assure they're up to city codes, report all maintenance issues and violations on properties, and coordinate with direct supervisor. This job position requires you to drive to multiple properties through out the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Consult & coordinate with office staff Drive to properties Serve notices Perform inspections on the properties and report issues to management Remove homeless and trespasser from vacant properties Secure property before leaving jobsites Take pictures of violations and maintenance issues on property Ensure properties are up to city codes Complete daily activity log Submit inspection report for all properties that were inspected Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience :

One year of experience in

Customer Service License:

Must have a valid

Driver License Language:

Fluent in Spanish (Required) •Agents must use their own vehicle for work purposes. JD Home Rentals reimburses for mileage .•
