Electronic (Using your CalCareer Account) Job Description and Duties Under the close supervision of a higher level Right of Way Agent, incumbent coordinates right of way project delivery activities for the district and and serves performs planning and management functions responsible for fiscal, l programming and accounting functions. Communicates with the higher level Right of Way Agent, branch Chiefs, managers, and project managers in order to establish Right of Way schedules and coordinate the need for staff resources and capital programming. Provides services as outlined in the Right of Way Project Coordinators Handbook. PARF# 05-26-0186/ JC-516603 Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Right of Way Agent Exam. Working Conditions Position located at 3232 S Higuera St Ste 200 San Luis Obispo, San Luis Obispo County. Multiple positions may be filled from this recruitment. This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Caltrans's evolving telework policy. Caltrans supports telework, recognizing that in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksites with minimum notification if an urgent need arises. The selected candidate will be required to commute to the headquartered location as needed to meet operational needs. Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee's designated headquartered location, primary residence, and may be subject to CalHR regulations or applicable bargaining unit contract provisions. All commute expenses to the headquartered location will be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
