Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Compensation:
$17.00 per hour plus commissions A growing finance company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Collections Representative to join our Collections & Recovery team.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound collection calls. Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts. Follow up with customers and maintain accurate account records. Conduct database searches and utilize skip-tracing techniques when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Previous experience in call center, or customer service preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
