Responsibilities:

customers with delinquent accounts via phone, mail, or in‑person visits to request payment Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve outstanding balances Receive and process customer payments accurately Prepare account statements and documentation for the credit department when customers do not respond Maintain detailed and up‑to‑date records of collection activities Followpany policies andpliance standards during all collection efforts And more….

Pay Details:
