We're hiring an experienced Commercial Collection Representative to join our growing team in Lee, NH. Responsibilities of a Commercial Collections Representative include: Effectively handle high volume of inbound and outbound collections calls Convey payment expectations clearly, resolve disputes, and maintain professional interactions with consumers Propose viable payment options to resolve outstanding balances, handle objections, and balance the interests of both consumers and our clients Document consumer interactions in collections database Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives Skip-tracing Other duties as assigned Qualifications of a

Commercial Collection Representative:

Experience in Commercial Collections Strong time management skills Ability to create a sense of urgency Strong negotiation skills Well organized, ability to multi-task Effective decision-making skills Basic computer skills

Coachable:

receptive to feedback and strive for continuous improvement

Physical Qualifications:

Be able to lift a minimum of 5 pounds Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Be able to communicate in a common language with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Compensation is hourly plus monthly bonus opportunity. This is a full-time position with benefits.
