As a Trust Accounting Representative, you are responsible for the Accounting Communication with our Franchisees, ensuring Daily Deposits of Trust Funds are made into the Trust Accounts, Reconciling the Trust Accounts daily, processing check requests requested from our Franchisees, and handling all Month-End Reporting pertaining to your specific Trusts. Duties Develop strong relationships with Franchisees Manage and reconcile all transactions flowing in and out of our Trust Accounts daily Track and enter Daily Deposits made into the Trust Account by our Franchisees Process and issue all daily check requests made by our Franchisees to Insured and/or Insurance Companies Track and Report Account discrepancies Track and issue refunds to Insured received by Insurance Companies Track and log accounting penalties Reconcile Daily Credit Card Transactions Process Month-End Reporting Perform other duties as assigned Experience Bilingual / Spanish & English (preferred) 2 years + experience Basic Accounting knowledge Strong communication skills Attention to written and verbal detail Ability to work independently Join our team as an Accounting Representative where your skills will contribute significantly to our financial operations while providing you with opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
