Collections Agent (Spanish ‑ Speaking) Fort Worth, TX | 🏠 Hybrid (WFH 1 day/week) | 🕒 Mon-Fri, 9AM-6

Month Contract Pay Rate:

$22/hour Are you fluent in Spanish, customer ‑ focused, and interested in auto finance or collections? Join our team as a Collections Agent, where you'll help customers manage early ‑ stage delinquent auto accounts and provide payment solutions that make a real impact. What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls for Car/Van accounts 1-30 days past due Help customers understand balances, resolve issues, and make timely payments Support escalated or higher ‑ delinquency accounts as needed Review contracts and account details to ensure accurate, compliant collections Update account information, validate payments, generate payoff quotes, and review related charges Partner with internal and external teams while meeting service levels and quality standards What We're Looking For ✅ Fluent Spanish speaker (reading, writing, and speaking required) ✅ Auto finance or collections experience (preferred) ✅ Strong phone presence and communication skills ✅ Comfortable navigating multiple systems with strong attention to detail ✅ Organized and able to thrive in a call ‑ center environment

Training & Schedule:

2 weeks onsite training (Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM CST) Hybrid work setup after training Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
