  • Cumberland Office (onsite 3 days a week Tues-Thurs) Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator III
  • Property Tax to provide operational and administrative support to our Property Tax team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and documentation, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities Process, sort, and distribute high-volume incoming mail, including property tax notices and statutory correspondence. Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documentation. Review and track property tax notices, appeal deadlines, and payment-related activities. Maintain audit-ready records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Generate, update, and maintain reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables. Retrieve and organize documents from internal systems such as Image Silo, Lease Systems, and TRIRIGA. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, landlords, and business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks. Support the Property Tax leadership team with administrative and operational activities. Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting time-sensitive deadlines. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, compliance, property tax, or commercial real estate support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reporting, and data tracking). Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Previous experience with property tax processes or commercial real estate is preferred. Experience with TRIRIGA, Image Silo, or lease management systems is a plus.
