Mortgage Collections

Description To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss. Additional Skills & Qualifications Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls. Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day + Call center orientated fast pace with aggressive goals + Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook + Ability to navigate multiple systems + Competent and well spoken people + Communication skills, navigating multiple systems, ability to level with members. + Provide empathy to members, problem solve, overcome objectives

Schedule:

The training schedule will be 8-4:30 Mountain Time. The regular work schedule after training will be Monday - Saturday, 12:30pm-9:00pm ET (10:30am-7:00pm or 9:30am-6:00pm MT depending on daylight savings time). ONSITE TRAINING, then will be REMOTE

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.95 - $18.95/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
