Job Description

Required Education
  • High School Education Preferred Education
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related fieldRequired Qualifications / Skills / Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of operational, administrative, compliance, or property tax support experience
  • Experience supporting deadline-driven workflows
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams

  • The Property Tax Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for a large multi-state property tax portfolio, ensuring timely processing of tax notices, appeal documentation, compliance records, and deadline-driven workflows.
  • Maintain audit-ready records
  • Track deadlines and workflow activities
  • Generate reports using Excel
  • Support Property Tax leadership with administrative and operational activities
  • Coordinate with internal business partners, vendors, and landlords
  • Ensure timely processing of tax-related documentation
  • Support compliance with statutory filing deadlines.
Job Duties
  • Receive, review, and process incoming property tax notices
  • Maintain organized tax documentation and records
  • Support property tax appeal processes
  • Run reports and maintain Excel trackers
  • Utilize Pivot Tables for reporting and portfolio analysis
  • Monitor statutory deadlines
  • Coordinate activities between internal teams and external vendors
  • Communicate with landlords and business stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance-ready documentation
  • Support document management activities
  • Assist leadership with operational reporting
  • Ensure accuracy of portfolio records
