Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights Tax, Withholdings & Garnishments

• The Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights leads analytics‑driven strategy and execution across Spark Earnings Excellence, with primary ownership of tax reporting, statutory and court‑ordered withholdings, garnishments, and regulatory earnings compliance.

This role partners closely with Tax, Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to drive accuracy, compliance, and scalable earnings solutions. The role serves as the end‑to‑end business owner for earnings‑related process, system, and automation initiatives—translating regulatory and statutory requirements into clear, audit‑ready business requirements and measurable outcomes. About Spark Driver Earnings The Spark Driver Earnings team is responsible for the accurate calculation, withholding, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings. The team plays a critical role in regulatory compliance, tax accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, directly impacting driver experience and company risk management.
