Responsibilities Include:

Leading leasing operations and occupancy growth Supporting marketing and resident retention initiatives Assisting with Tax Credit compliance and leasing documentation Training and motivating leasing staff Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects Supporting community events and resident engagement Working closely with Property Management leadership to achieve operational goals

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Previous leasing experience required Tax Credit / LIHTC experience preferred Leadership experience preferred Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Yardi or property management software experience preferred
