About the role:
This position is for a case manager/customer service Associate. As a case manager, you will be the communication bridge between clients and tax professional. You will update and answer clients on their cases daily and collect documents/prepare documents for tax professionals to finalize clients' cases.

Job Duties :
Serving as the point of contact between our clients and the Tax Professionals working on their tax services, such as resolution and tax prep. Communicate with clients regularly to provide case updates and ensure a healthy and positive client relationship. Complete Daily Tasks including but not limited to, examining client accounts for necessary documents to gather for Tax Professional review, assessing taxpayer financial reports by collecting proof of income/expenses/assets/etc, filling tax applications . Preparation of IRS/State resolution documents Make/receive customer service type calls and provide an exceptional experience for our clients Work alongside Tax Professionals and other departments to ensure a smooth process for all parties
Qualifications:
