- $150,000 (Base + Overtime potential) The Role As a Tax Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between partners, clients, and staff.
You will manage multiple engagements simultaneously, oversee workflow scheduling, and play a key role in developing and mentoring our team.
Key Responsibilities Engagement Management:
Lead client relationships and ensure top-tier service and retention.
Technical Leadership:
Oversee complex tax research and keep clients informed on industry developments.
Team Development:
Supervise and train Staff through Supervisor-level team members.
Business Growth:
Identify new service opportunities and implement workflow efficiencies.
Requirements Experience:
Minimum 5 years in public accounting; 1+ year in a supervisory role.
Skills:
Strong technical research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
