Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a Tax Manager will play a key leadership role in managing complex tax engagements, overseeing staff, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and client service. Key Responsibilities Manage and review complex individual, business, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive tax planning and advisory services Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and managers Oversee engagement planning, workflow, deadlines, and billing Research and resolve complex tax issues and prepare technical memoranda as needed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Collaborate with partners and leadership on client strategy and firm initiatives Qualifications CPA license required 8+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong technical knowledge in federal and state taxation Experience with complex entities, high-net-worth individuals, and tax planning Proven leadership, organizational, and client relationship skills Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Full benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Professional development and growth opportunities
