We are seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax engagements, advise clients on complex tax matters, and mentor our tax team. If you are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for leadership, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize client tax liabilities. Advise clients on the tax implications of business and financial decisions. Oversee and manage the preparation and review of tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Conduct complex tax research and interpret laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Monitor and communicate changes in tax laws and regulations. Provide guidance to clients on filing tax returns and optimizing tax positions. Mentor and train junior and senior tax staff, supporting their professional development. Review and ensure accuracy of team work, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required). CPA license (required). Minimum of 7 years of tax experience, with at least 4 years in tax review or management. Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex engagements.
