Our client, a well?established public accounting firm , is seeking an experienced tax professional to join its leadership team. This role blends client service, strategic tax planning, and team leadership , supporting closely held businesses, high?net?worth individuals, and fiduciary clients . Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted tax advisor delivering compliance and planning
- Review and manage complex tax returns (individual, business, partnership, trust, estate)
- Develop proactive, tailored tax strategies
- Collaborate with legal and financial advisors
- Oversee engagements, ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Handle IRS and state notice responses
- Mentor and develop tax staff Qualifications
- 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Tax
- CPA required or strongly preferred
- Strong technical depth across individual and entity taxation
- Experience with tax software (UltraTax preferred)
