Requirements:
6+ Years of Public Accounting Tax ExperiencePosition OverviewWe are seeking an Experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax planning and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of tax regulations and a proven track record in managing complex tax issues, particularly in the construction, real estate, and manufacturing sectors. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies for our clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns for various entities including S-Corps and Partnerships.

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and enhance tax efficiencies for clients in the construction, real estate, and manufacturing industries.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members in tax compliance and planning matters.

Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax legislation to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for savings.

Assist clients with audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.

Prepare and review tax provisions and supporting documentation for financial statements.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Active CPA license is required.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in tax management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.

Experience in construction, real estate, and manufacturing industries is a plus.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
