T ax & Accounting Manager to $125,000 + Bonus DOE Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time Join a Growing CPA Firm Where Your Career Matters. Our client is a rapidly growing CPA firm in Boca Raton seeking a Tax & Accounting Manager to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong tax and accounting experience who is looking for leadership opportunities, mentorship, and long-term career advancement. What You'll Do As a key member of the team working alongside the owene, you will oversee and perform a wide range of tax, accounting, and financial reporting functions while helping mentor and develop junior team members. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, corporate, partnership, gift, and nonprofit tax returns, including: Form 1040, Form 1041, Form 1120 / 1120S, Form 1065, Form 709,Form 990 Prepare and review payroll tax filings, including Forms 940, 941, and applicable state filings Review sales tax reporting and compliance Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform account reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, payroll journal entries, depreciation and amortization schedules Analyze financial statements and provide insights to clients and management Support client accounting and bookkeeping engagements Mentor, train, and support junior staff members Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure exceptional client service and operational excellence Compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 base salary + discretionary bonus depending on candidate experience and alignment. What our client is looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA license 5+ years of public accounting, tax, and bookkeeping experience A friendly and warm personality, sense of humor and a collaborative and mentoring style of personality Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Experience with tax preparation software (Lacerte experience is a plus) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture Why join our client?
