The Role As an Accounting & Tax Manager , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to clients. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee execution, ensure accuracy, and maintain timeliness of deliverables. We're looking for someone who is equal parts leader, problem-solver, and client advocate . What You'll Do Oversee preparation and review of monthly accounting deliverables and tax work Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all deliverables Communicate with assigned clients on a monthly basis Prepare and review tax returns (Individuals, S-Corps, Partnerships) Provide mid-year tax projections Onboard new clients and guide them through processes Review and file sales tax Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and workflows Lead and mentor staff accountants What You Bring 5+ years of public accounting experience (CPA firm experience required) Active CPA or EA license Strong knowledge of multi-entity tax preparation Proven leadership and team development skills Tech-savvy mindset and adaptability to new tools Client-focused and approachable communication style Strong experience with QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) Experience with Lacerte tax software Perks & Benefits 401(k) with employer match Employer-supported health and dental coverage Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing education and professional development support Team events and recognition programs Business casual dress code Flexible work schedule and hybrid setup Why You'll Love Working Here Accounting work may be similar everywhere-but the experience here is different.
