Review returns. Manage deadlines. Keep clients happy. This one comes with something a little harder to find: visibility, influence, and the opportunity to work toward Partnership as the business continues to grow. This firm is busy enough that they're turning work away. Not because the team isn't good enough. Because there simply aren't enough people to take it on. The Partners have reached the point where they need another senior person at the table, not another pair of hands. They're looking for a Tax Manager who wants to be involved. Someone who enjoys clients, likes having a voice, and eventually wants more than a title on LinkedIn. You'll step into a visible role within a well established CPA firm in Miami Lakes where your opinion matters, your clients know your name, and the Partners actually want someone to grow alongside them. The work is broad and interesting. S Corps, Partnerships, Trusts, high net worth individuals, closely held businesses and plenty of advisory conversations alongside the compliance work. The bookkeeping and a large amount of the preparation work is already supported offshore, meaning your time is spent where it adds value. Reviewing returns. Advising clients. Solving problems. Building relationships. The culture is refreshingly straightforward. If clients are looked after and the work gets done, you're trusted to manage your day. Nobody is checking who arrived first or who stayed latest. Outside of busy season there is genuine flexibility, and the Partners treat people like adults. The long term opportunity is what makes this stand out. The Partners aren't looking for someone to sit in the Tax Manager seat for the next 15 years. They want someone who can become increasingly involved in the firm, take ownership of relationships, and potentially work towards Partnership.
