Learn more about us at TPCtax.com/Careers. About the Role - Federal and International Tax Manager Requirements- \tBachelor's or master's degree in accounting, tax, or other closely related field
- \tCPA, JD, or EA licensure
- \t5+ years of professional tax or accounting experience, preferably within a large professional services or public accounting environment Responsibilities
- \tPrepare and review computations, workpapers, schedules, estimated and extension payments, and other items related to tax returns and ASC 740 income tax provision calculations for domestic and foreign corporations.
- \tAdvise clients on a full spectrum of tax services: planning, research, compliance, provision
- \tAssist with client tax planning and provide business expertise based on working knowledge of client industries and experience with broad entity types.
- \tPlan and coordinate the flow of information with clients and effectively manage client needs
- \tDevelop and sustain strong client relationships
- \tSimultaneously manage multiple projects, teams, and clients across various industries
- \tDevelop, motivate, and train staff level team members
- \tKeep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
