Role:

We're looking for a seasoned tax professional with at least 5 years of public accounting experience and an active CPA license. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing complex tax engagements, leading teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and review a variety of tax returns (S-Corp, C-Corp, estate, trust, nonprofit, gift, etc.) Manage client engagements, including communication, internal coordination, staffing, and deadlines Assist with complex tax planning and research alongside senior team members Lead special projects and oversee the work of associates and senior associates Maintain and build strong client relationships Support business development efforts through client retention and service expansion

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA license required 5+ years of recent public accounting experience Strong research and communication skills, especially for complex tax matters Effective leadership and mentoring abilities, even across teams
