Job Description

Top 25 Best Places to Work - Fast growing local CPA Firm has an opening for an experienced Tax Manager/Director. This position requires outstanding organizational and leadership skills, technical skills, attention to detail, software proficiency, and superior communication skills. Candidates required to be CPA.
Responsibilities:
Client relationship and project management; return review and finalization. Sell, onboard, and assign new clients. Delegate to, train, and supervise staff. Tax software and workflow champion; quality control. IRS representation, issue resolution, and tax advisory and planning services.
Skills/Experience:
10+ years of public accounting experience. Exceptional client service and communication skills. Strong Partnership, S-Corp, and Individual technical tax knowledge. Expert knowledge of full CCH ProsystemFx and Axcess Tax Suite. CPA required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary will be based on experience of candidate and its alignment with job description. Unlimited PTO. Eligible for bonus of up to 12% of salary. 10% commission for new business originated.
