Tax Manager, Tax Accounting & Reporting We are partnering with a global, publicly traded organization to identify a Tax Manager, Tax Accounting & Reporting to join their Corporate Tax team. This is a highly visible role offering strong exposure across global tax provision, reporting, and cross-functional finance partners. About the Role This position plays a key role in the preparation and review of the global tax provision and supports broader Corporate Tax initiatives. You'll gain exposure to multiple areas within tax and finance while working closely with senior leadership, external advisors, and auditors. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented tax professional looking to step into a high-impact role with strong growth potential and visibility. Key Responsibilities Assist in quarterly and annual income tax accounting under ASC 740 (current and deferred taxes, uncertain tax positions, and effective tax rate analysis) Support preparation and review of global tax provision and related SOX documentation and controls Assist with integration of acquired entities and evaluation of tax impacts and risks Research and analyze complex tax issues, transactions, and legislative/regulatory changes Support implementation of tax technology and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with senior leadership, auditors, and external advisors on global tax reporting matters Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk Provide mentorship and support to junior team members as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of tax experience (Big 4 and/or large corporate environment preferred) Strong experience with ASC 740 and tax provision work CPA and/or Master's in Taxation preferred Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
