What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a CPA firm working with small businesses. Licensed (or soon-to-be) CPA or EA . Strong background in preparing tax returns and compiling financial statements. Familiarity with payroll taxes and filings . Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office . Experience with Creative Solutions Software (UltraTax, ACS, Fixed Assets, Practice) is a huge plus, but not required. Excellent communication and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional personal service to a dedicated section of clients. Interact frequently with clients and manage workflow efficiently throughout the year. Supervise and review compiled financial statements. Prepare and review tax filings while offering clients ongoing tax planning. Serve as the primary contact for long-standing clients.
