Job Description:
Tax Manager (42487) Our client is a growth-oriented CPA firm seeking a Tax Manager to oversee complex tax engagements, develop client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. This individual will play a key role in delivering strategic tax solutions across a diverse client base while contributing to the firm's collaborative and high-performing culture. Responsibilities:
Lead the review and preparation of complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. Manage client engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality outcomes. Provide strategic tax planning, including estimating liabilities and identifying tax-saving opportunities. Analyze entity structures and assess tax implications across related organizations. Research complex tax issues and deliver clear, actionable guidance to clients and internal teams. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with evolving federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of tax experience within public accounting. CPA license or eligibility required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and compliance requirements.
