Senior Tax CPA / Tax Manager An established public accounting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Senior Tax CPA or Tax Manager for a full-time on-site opportunity. This position is ideal for an experienced tax professional with strong public accounting expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex client engagements. Key Responsibilities Tax & Accounting Manage and oversee tax preparation and review processes for individuals, businesses, and other entities. Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation. Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Develop tax planning strategies and provide proactive financial guidance to clients. Review complex tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Client Management Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication. Serve as a trusted advisor for tax, accounting, and financial matters. Lead client engagements and provide strategic recommendations. Leadership & Team Support Mentor and guide junior accounting and tax professionals. Assist with workflow management, project prioritization, and process improvements. Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to professional standards. Qualifications Active CPA license required or currently sitting for the CPA exam. Prior public accounting experience is required. Strong knowledge of tax preparation, tax compliance, accounting, and financial reporting. Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
