Position Overview This role is critical in managing complex U.S. and international corporate tax matters, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic tax planning. Reporting to the Tax Senior Manager, the Tax Manager will assist the Senior Manager with global tax reporting, compliance, audit, and planning in over a dozen countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas. The ideal candidate will bring Big 4 public accounting firm experience in corporate income tax and a passion for leveraging emerging technology to automate data extraction and modernize tax processes.   • Manage outside advisors on the timely and accurate preparation of global corporate income tax and indirect tax filings; prepare estimated tax calculations and forecasts Tax Reporting
  • Support critical components of annual tax provision processes and prepare documentation under ASC 740; drive tax account reconciliations ensuring accuracy in deferred tax calculations and effective tax rate analyses Transfer Pricing
  • Prepare transfer pricing calculations and required documentation; collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure intercompany transactions are recorded correctly Tax Planning
  • Conduct tax technical research on complex U.S. and international corporate tax issues; support the company in defending tax audits; model impacts of evolving tax laws and regulatory changes Tax Technology
  • Modernize tax workpapers with automation and identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies into tax workflows and data extraction processes Tax Controls and Risk Mitigation
  • Maintain the tax filing calendar; monitor and refine tax policies, internal controls, and implement process improvements Leadership and Collaboration
  • Manage advisor contracts and administration of trusted external advisors; partner across functions (legal, accounting, project management, supply chain) to align tax strategies with business objectives Qqualifications Qualifications 6+ years of U.
S federal corporate income tax and ASC740 experience in Big 4 public accounting or in combination of with relevant industry experience Experience with complex US tax calculations (e.g., tax credits, FDII, earnings & profits, deemed inclusions, interest expense limitation), state and international experience is a plus Understanding of transaction taxes such as sales, use, withholding, VAT/GST Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong tax technical, accounting, analytical, and research skills Proficiency with tax software, ERP systems, excel, and emerging technologies (Oracle, Power BI, Copilot, CCH ProSystem fx Fixed Assets, Thomson Reuters Checkpoint) Team oriented, highly motivated, and self-sufficient Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field CPA and/or MST preferred
