Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking an accomplished and strategic Tax Manager to lead our indirect tax function across U.S. sales and use tax and international VAT. This role represents a unique opportunity to operate at the forefront of a rapidly expanding organization, delivering both technical excellence and strategic insights. What's in it for you: Competitive compensation and benefits package High-impact role with leadership exposure Opportunities to expand scope and responsibility Collaborative, team-oriented culture What you'll be doing: Own end-to-end indirect tax compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions Partner with leadership to evaluate tax implications of new initiatives Identify and implement process improvements for scalability and efficiency Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders Lead audits and manage relationships with tax authorities Oversee tax system configuration and taxability mapping Support financial close processes and tax reporting Analyze large datasets to support decision-making What you need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation 5-7 years of indirect tax experience Strong knowledge of U.S. sales tax and international VAT/GST Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and communication skills What helps you stand out: CPA or Master of Taxation Experience in a high-growth or logistics environment Experience with ERP systems or tax engines Track record of driving process improvements Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
