  • Senior Reviewer who is looking for more than a job and is excited about a long-term leadership opportunity with a clear path toward partnership.
This role is ideal for an experienced public accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys reviewing and coaching at a high level, and wants to play a meaningful role in a growing firm that values both technical excellence and people development. What You'll Do Assist with tax planning strategies and advisory services Support firm growth initiatives and contribute to leadership discussions as part of the partner-track development path Review complex business and individual tax returns with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Serve as a lead technical reviewer for Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, and high-net-worth 1040 returns Review and analyze consolidated returns, and multi-state filings Research and resolve complex tax issues for clients across a variety of industries Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the year Mentor, develop, and provide constructive feedback to staff and senior accountants Oversee project workflow, deadlines, and team collaboration in a paperless environment Help maintain and improve processes, technology utilization, and workflow efficiencies What Makes You a Fit for This Role Active CPA license required 5-7+ years of recent public accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Manager or Senior Manager role Strong experience reviewing complex business tax returns, not just preparing them Deep knowledge of Forms 1120 and 1120S, with experience in 1065 and 1040 review work Experience with: Multi-state taxation and nexus analysis Consolidated returns Partnership basis adjustments Familiarity with foreign reporting requirements is preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to provide both positive and constructive feedback Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong critical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support team success Comfortable embracing technology and process improvements Experience with UltraTax, SurePrep, TaxDome, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred Why Join Tax and Wealth Management?
