Review payroll records, tax returns, tax allocations, and cost projections. Develop and review tax equalization and international assignment policies. Analyze data for tax return preparation and equalizations. Monitor and communicate developments relating to U.S. and international tax. Coordinate employee global tax compliance obligations. Demonstrate in-depth technical accounting knowledge. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain relationships and professional networks.
WORK SCHEDULE
40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. is required up to 20%.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Reviewing payroll records, tax returns, tax allocations, and cost projections; Conducting tax research for foreign assignees and expatriate employees; Preparing and reviewing tax returns and tax equalization calculations for expatriate employees; Year-end review of foreign compensation collection; Tax gross-up calculation; and Utilizing expatriate tax-related technology applications, including CCH tax software. Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

SALARY :
$152,152 - $208,400 per year KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
