You are… Our ideal future Senior Tax Manager will possess the following qualifications and qualities - At least 8 years of professional experience in income taxation and public accounting, with desire for potential partnership track. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Active CPA license. A strong sense of integrity, personal accountability, and confidentiality. Self-motivated and exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage projects and timelines efficiently. An excellent communicator who values feedback and is responsive and proactive. Passionate about mentoring and training staff, and supporting their growth. Comfortable reviewing others' work and providing constructive feedback. Experienced in managing client relationships and enjoys partnering with clients to solve problems and deliver value. Interested in consulting opportunities that go beyond compliance work. The job… As a new member of B.A. Harris, you will be tasked to do the following - Review tax returns for a variety of client types. Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and proactive service. Manage engagements and deliverables to meet timelines and budgets. Mentor, train, and support staff on special projects, business consulting, tax research, and client communication. Contribute to consulting projects and help identify opportunities for clients. Take ownership of assigned projects and seek ways to improve processes and outcomes. Be an engaged team member with a willingness to grow and to help others do the same. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will play a key role on our highly effective team. In this position, you will continue to grow professionally through hands-on experience, mentorship, and challenging work that strengthens your technical and leadership skills.
