Do you want to do that all over again next year? This is the moment most people waste. They wait a few weeks. Drift into July. Then suddenly everyone's looking at the same roles, talking to the same firms, having the same conversations. It gets noisy. Fast. The best firms don't wait for that. They're hiring now. Which, funnily enough, is exactly why they've been winning work off the back of it. They're now hiring two Senior Tax Managers (Partner Track). It's generalist work with proper variety.
