This is an independent CPA firm founded by a real entrepreneur. The technical standards are high, but the environment is small, collaborative, and refreshingly straightforward. You get the quality of work and thinking you would expect at a much larger firm, without the layers, politics, or internal noise. The clients are more sophisticated than you would normally see in a firm of this size. The work is advisory led. Decisions are made quickly. Your judgment actually matters. The role As Senior Tax Manager, you will manage and review a varied client portfolio covering individuals, partnerships, corporations, and multi entity groups. You will work closely with the Partners on complex technical matters, planning projects, and high value advisory work, while staying hands on where it matters. This role suits someone who cares about quality, enjoys solving real problems, and wants to be close to the work and the decisions.
