Job Summary:
United States No Clearance Needed Fully remote Corporate Operations & Support Services We are seeking an experienced Sr. Tax Manager (Remote) to lead the organization's federal, state, local, and foreign tax compliance activities. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, managing audits, and providing strategic tax guidance to internal business partners. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and expertise in navigating complex and evolving tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. This position is a fully remote position located withing the United States. Responsibilities Oversee preparation and filing of all federal, state, local, and foreign tax returns. Manage tax audits and coordinate responses with external advisors as needed. Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and reporting requirements. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to assess business impact. Provide strategic tax planning and guidance to internal stakeholders. Maintain and enhance internal tax processes, controls, and documentation. Support quarterly and annual tax provision calculations. Support the annual financial statement audit by managing PBC (Prepared-By-Client) items and contributing to financial statement and footnote preparation. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 12+ years Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and audit management. Strong understanding of federal, state, local, and international tax regulations. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly and effectively. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills and Experience Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, including running, interpreting, and validating Costpoint reports to support tax compliance and audit activities. Posted Salary Range USD $155,000.00 - USD $162,000.00 /Yr.
