Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance, planning, and advisory functions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tax filings while supporting strategic tax initiatives across the organization. This is a hybrid work schedule, once trained.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of federal, state, and local tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize tax positions and minimize risk Conduct technical tax research and provide analysis on complex tax matters Ensure proper documentation and compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and provide tax guidance Monitor changes in tax laws and assess impact to the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field CPA license or actively pursuing certification 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or industry Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
