Remote/Hybrid (2 days in office, northeast of Hartford)Job Salary:
$130k- $165k+
Requirements:
Must have 4-8+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm), at least 1 Year as a Tax Manager, and an Active CPA We are Top 150 mid-sized CPA firm based in the Hartford metro area with over 100+ employees founded over 60+ years ago. We specialize in a number of industries including Construction, Healthcare, Technology, Non-Profit, Technology, Manufacturing/Distribution, Real Estate, Retail, Professional Services, and many more. We have a team of dedicated tax professionals and a management that is committed to the training and development of it's employees. We give you all the necessary tools needed in order for you to excel and grow within the firm. We offer a clear and quick path toward the Partner level (if that is of importance to you). We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation and bonus structure that is above market compared to other firms. Tax Manager Benefits Salary:
$130k- $165k+ Medical, Dental, Vision
- 100% Paid by Employer Capped Busy Season Hours
- No more than 50-55 hours during busy season Unlimited PTO 401k Match
- 4% Match by Employer Paid Holidays
- 6 weeks PTO Discretionary Bonuses
