We're hiring a Tax Manager who's ready to step into a high‑impact role, help shape our tax practice, and develop into a long‑term successor within our leadership team . What You'll Do Lead and grow our tax practice alongside firm partners, taking ownership of client relationships and engagement strategy. Guide and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and smart, efficient workflows. Bring strong technical expertise across individual, partnership, pass‑through, and corporate tax planning. Manage engagements end‑to‑end, ensuring clients receive accurate, high‑quality work and proactive advisory support. Identify tax issues, anticipate client needs, and deliver thoughtful solutions. Build trust with clients by understanding their business and advising on tax strategy and planning. Leverage technology and AI‑driven tools to work smarter, not harder. Train junior staff and help shape the future of our tax function. International tax experience is highly valued. What You Bring 5+ years of tax experience. CPA or active CPA candidacy. Strong technical tax knowledge across corporate, partnership, and individual returns. Experience managing multiple engagements and leading teams. A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with integrity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit. International tax experience and Japanese fluency are a plus. Why Join Two Miles?
