This full-service Indiana firm has around 50 professionals and has grown steadily by keeping clients happy and employees even happier. They've actually passed on new business at times to protect the team's workload and work-life balance. They're hiring across Tax from Associate through to Senior Manager level. The work is broad and interesting, covering partnerships, corporations, and HNW individuals across entrepreneurial businesses, nonprofits, manufacturing, construction, and more. Most of the team are generalists, but if you've built a niche area of expertise, they're open to that too.
