Tax Manager | Burlington, VT | Hybrid / Remote (New England) In public accounting, everyone knows busy season means a bit of a grind. But it shouldn't leave you feeling burnt to a crisp. This tax-focused firm does things differently. Here, you won't feel like just another number. They're growing quickly and continuing to invest in their Burlington office with this Tax Manager position. You don't need to live in Burlington full-time to do this role. As a Tax Manager, you can be based elsewhere in New England, as long as you're open to some in-person presence and helping build something locally. This is a tax-only firm. No audit. Just interesting, complex tax work, strong support, and genuine opportunities to grow. So why should you join? You'll work on complex business tax work, not endless individual returns. You'll spend a significant portion of your time reviewing returns and mentoring staff. You'll be trusted to manage your workload without micromanagement while still having access to support when you need it.
