Very few firms actually put their money where their mouth is. At this CPA firm in Tewksbury, MA you'll be working 55-60 hours maximum during the heights of busy season, and you'll work a much shorter week for the rest of the year. You'll have Fridays off over Summer and you'll be compensated well throughout the year; balance. You will be joining a collaborative firm with the latest resources and tech, but with the culture of a much smaller firm. No corporate culture here, you'll be treated like an adult and given the tools you need to succeed, alongside the support to thrive both professionally and personally. You'll be working from their North Shore office which has a particularly great culture. We are supporting this firm to hire a Tax Manager in their Corporate Tax team, so you'll be working with a variety of complex S corps, C corps and Partnerships. If you want to make partner, there is a clear path available to you and you will be mentored and supported throughout your journey. As well as your progression, your well-being will be prioritized.
