What you will do Lead the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns across individuals, businesses, and entities, including S and C corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and trusts. Research complex tax issues and turn the law into smart, practical strategies for a diverse client base. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, deepening existing relationships and building new ones. Mentor and develop Staff, Seniors, and Supervisors, and collaborate with firm leadership on reports, presentations, and planning. Help shape the firm from the inside through process improvement and training initiatives. What you bring 6+ years of federal and state income tax preparation and review in public accounting, including S and C corporations, partnerships, multi-state returns, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts. Experience with tax planning for closely held businesses and their owners. A track record of training, mentoring, and supervising staff while managing multiple engagements and client relationships across a range of industries. A bachelor's degree in accounting and an active CPA license. An MST is a plus. The drive to take on more and grow into a Partner. The details
