The role You'll take ownership of a varied and technically strong tax portfolio, covering closely held businesses, partnerships, individuals, and Trusts & Estates. The work is broad, but not basic. This is not a compliance-heavy. You'll be involved in planning, advisory, and long-term client strategy, trusted to run relationships properly, not just process returns. Clients are complex, established, and advisory-led. This is very much consultative accounting , not "mom and pop". The firm operates on a year-round, sustainable model rather than a three-month sprint followed by burnout. You're encouraged to think commercially, add value, and work closely with clients, without the pressure of being thrown straight into BD. You don't need to bring a book. The client base is strong and stable. That said, if you do introduce new relationships, you're rewarded properly: 15% of client revenue for life 9% profit-sharing contribution This is a rare combination: stability and entrepreneurship.
