Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax engagements, mentor staff, and provide high-level tax planning and consulting services. This role offers meaningful client interaction, opportunities to develop your leadership skills, and a clear path to future partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review complex business, individual, and nonprofit tax returns Provide tax planning and advisory services for businesses and individuals Deliver consulting services for clients undergoing business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and sales Mentor and train staff accountants, providing guidance on technical issues and professional growth Review bookkeeping and accounting work completed by staff for accuracy and compliance Collaborate with firm leadership to bring in new clients and grow the practice Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

CCH Axcess CCH Engagement ProSystem Engagement QuickBooks Experience:

CPA license required 6-10+ years of public accounting experience in tax Strong knowledge of individual, business, and nonprofit taxation Experience managing and reviewing staff work Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to handle complex tax matters and client situations Business development mindset with a proven track record or strong interest in client growth

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
