As a generalist, you'll work with a range of clients, including S-Corps, partnerships, and individuals. You'll focus heavily on review, tax provisions, and advisory work. You'll also be client-facing, so relationship-building skills are essential. The firm truly cares about its staff and works as a team. No one gets buried with work, and busy season hours are capped at 55, with those longer weeks limited to just a couple of weeks before deadlines.
