TAX MANAGER

Tax Manager - Hybrid | Greenwood Village, CO (DTC) The Company ✅ Growing tax and accounting firm in the DTC area ✅ Services include tax, accounting, payroll, and consulting ✅ Client base spans healthcare, real estate, retail, and more ✅ Small-to-mid-sized businesses = real relationships, not assembly-line returns ✅ Looking for a seasoned Tax Manager who wants real impact (and real upside) The Role ✅ Full-time, hybrid position based in Greenwood Village, CO ✅ Own preparation and review of complex tax returns ✅ Lead client meetings and be the trusted advisor (not just the reviewer) ✅ Manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals ✅ Drive business development and client growth ✅ Clear path to Partner for the right person — yes, actually What You'll Do ✅ Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns, including multi-state ✅ Handle tax planning and advisory work (not just compliance) ✅ Prepare and review trust and estate tax returns ✅ Lead teams, review work, and raise the bar firm-wide ✅ Build long-term client relationships (people stay because of you ) ✅ Continue leveling up through training, exposure to new issues, and real-world problem solving What You Bring ✅ 7+ years of tax experience with complex individual and business returns ✅ Strong engagement management and operational chops ✅ CPA or EA required (Master's in Tax = bonus points) ✅ Proven people leader — personable, confident, respected ✅ Can explain complex tax rules without sounding like a textbook ✅ High integrity, strong leadership presence, zero drama Compensation & Benefits 💰

Salary:
