Not "partner track." Not "maybe one day." Partner. One of the firm's current Partners is planning to retire within the next 4 years, creating a genuine opportunity for the right Tax Manager to step into a leadership position and become part of the next generation of ownership. This isn't a firm looking for another reviewer. They're looking for someone they can trust. Someone who can manage client relationships, operate independently, become a technical resource for the team, and eventually take on a bigger role within the business. You'll join a well established CPA firm with a loyal client base, strong reputation, and a Partner group committed to investing in the right person long term.
